      What Information Do I Need To Get Started?

      I want to move forward with offering an ICHRA, what now?

      Before starting your employer onboarding processing, make sure you have the following information on hand: 

      • A census of all of your employees including:
        • First name
        • Last Name
        • Email
        • DOB
        • Home zip code 
        • Work zip code 
        • Pay type (hourly or salary)
        • Annual wage 
        • Work start date
      • A planned start date in mind

      When you are ready, click the sign-up icon on the top right of The Big Plan page. Then click the "I'm an employer" icon. After this, you can create a username and password for your administrator account and go ahead and select the sign-up button!

      Now you will begin the onboarding process. Our platform will walk you seamlessly through the entire thing, all the way to enrolling your employees!
