How Does My Contribution Get To My Employee?

The Big Plan set out to revolutionize the way ICHRA contributions are managed. Once your account is activated, employees are sent a welcome email inviting them to log into The Big Plan platform. There, they will see the contribution "stipend" offered to them and they will have the access to all the benefits The Big Plan has to offer. This includes guiding employees to the plan that works for them, helping them enroll in that plan and allowing them to access the contribution that was offered. The Big Plan work with the employer to create a "pool of money" and generates a credit card or ACH payment to pay for each individual plan. This way the employer can manage their payments through one bill and employees will not need to layout money and wait to be reimbursed.

If the employee already has a plan and wishes to keep paying for it, The Big Plan will verify the plan is active and add a payment for that employee in the monthly report.
