Can I Use ICHRA If I Am Covered Under My Spouse's Group Plan?

If you are participating under your spouse's employer group plan, you are unable to participate in the ICHRA offering from your employer. If you decline the insurance under your spouse's plan, then you are able to opt into your ICHRA offering and enroll in an individual plan on the marketplace.
