Can I Decline The ICHRA Offering, And If So, How Do I Do That?

If you would like to waive the ICHRA offering you are receiving from your employer, select the opt-out option on the first page of the onboarding platform. It is as easy as that! Declining ICHRA does not prevent you from changing your mind and opting into it, as long as you do so before the enrollment start date. You will also be able to enroll at the next open enrollment (November 15th - January 15th).
