A qualifying life event will make someone eligible to purchase a new health plan on the Marketplace.
A QLE Includes:
1. Loss of health coverage
2. Changes in household such as getting married or divorced
3. Having a child
4. Death in the family
5. Changes in residence
6. Changes in your income that affect the coverage you qualify for
7. Becoming a U.S. citizen
8. Being released from incarceration
