Are there any limitations to when I can offer an ICHRA?

Offering an ICHRA plan to your employees acts as a qualifying event, allowing them to purchase insurance immediately, no matter the date in the calendar. The start date you choose does not need to align with the marketplace open enrollment so you can offer ICHRA to your employees any month of the year.
