Can My Family Members Participate In My Plan?

Yes, they can. The four tiers you can select are:

1. Employee Only 

2. Employee + Spouse 

3. Employee + Dependents

4. Family

Check your contribution amount to determine what your ICHRA contribution is for each tier. It may be the same amount regardless of the tier.
